What we do Why we're the best

Health & Safety Training

We offer a full range of health and safety training courses and pride ourselves on offering our clients a high quality service that places customer satisfaction at the forefront of what we do. Not only are our results unsurpassed, we also remain committed to our belief that learning should be a fun and enjoyable experience for delegates.

Our team of tutors use a variety of interactive training techniques. These are designed to keep delegates engaged and involved while they learn. Our courses include a variety of interesting training resources, including audio, video, quizzes, games and interactive homework. These supplement the more conventional teaching methods we use.

Whether it's one of our highly acclaimed accredited Health and Safety training courses, specific advice, consultancy or a bespoke requirement, Phoenix Health & Safety are your experts at hand. We have the flexibilty to deliver training to you and your staff 'in-house' (at your premises or a chosen location), at one of our excellent selected UK training 'classroom' locations, or for greater flexibility a 'distance learning' or 'e-learning' course served via the latest online and interactive technologies. So, if you see a Classroom course you like, but you don't like classrooms, then we can easily offer you the same course via one of our convenient alternative delivery methods such as distance or e-learning... Got a large number of staff training requirements? No problem - we'll fit things around you and your needs to get you where you need to go, whatever it takes.

Our health and safety training courses are accredited by professional awarding bodies, including NEBOSH, IOSH, ConstructionSkills and Site Safety Plus. The courses are designed for staff with occupational health and safety responsibilities.

Our Health and Safety Training Venues

To create a pleasant learning environment for delegates, we select the best training venues. All training rooms have natural light and air conditioning. Food and refreshments are offered throughout the duration of the course. This helps to keep delegates fresh and engaged throughout training. The venues we use include all of the equipment and resources needed.

For your convenience, we provide health and safety training in a range of locations across the UK. Venues include London, Southampton, Bristol, Cambridge, Birmingham, Walsall, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds and Washington. Please contact us for more information about a local course.

Training Support

To complement your training, Phoenix Health & Safety offer ongoing support. Delegates can discuss the course in our Facebook groups or ask questions direct to trainers. To benefit staff in the long term, we also provide lifetime access to training materials. This helps delegates with their long term career progression and keeps their knowledge current.

First Aid Training Courses

First Aid CoursesHaving designated first aiders in the workplace is a legal requirement. Although accidents can be prevented, they can still occur so it’s important to be prepared. Having adequately trained first aid personnel onsite will ensure that if an emergency situation does arise, it will be dealt with in a prompt and effective manner.

A first aid training course can provide you with the knowledge and skills to deal with a variety of medical scenarios. Many companies choose to train their staff in first aid in order to bring a higher level of safety to the workplace.

Johan Basson Trainer, TechIOSH/Consultant

I have Construction experience as a working supervisor since 1998 in the UK on Construction sites, London Underground (engineer hours), Network Rail and Croydon Tram. I did my first Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course in October 2010 as well as my NEBOSH Construction. Since then I was a Project Manager and did Health & Safety for a company doing various projects. Did a lot of Lone working and that’s where some of my passion comes from going into teaching Health & Safety. I have seen and experienced first-hand a lot of the problems in the Construction Industry.
